Independent evidence guide

How We Evaluate Brain Supplements

Our rules for evidence, claims, conflicts and affiliate monetization.

1. We label the source of claims

Merchant-stated ingredients, prices, guarantees and usage directions are described as merchant information. We do not present promotional statements as independent clinical findings.

2. Ingredient evidence is not product evidence

A finished formula needs its own evidence before we say the formula has been clinically shown to produce an outcome.

3. We prefer stronger evidence

Where possible, we prioritize systematic reviews, randomized human trials and authoritative health agencies over testimonials or marketing pages.

4. We do not invent personal experience

We will not claim to have used a supplement unless a real, attributable testing process has occurred and is disclosed.

5. Affiliate economics do not change the standard

Some links may earn us a commission. Commercial relationships are disclosed, and we can still conclude that evidence is uncertain or insufficient.
